Shaun is experienced in all phases of steel erection including: manpower, equipment managing, crane sizing, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling. He enjoys a challenging project and working through issues that arise as a project progresses.

Ryan manages structural steel and precast concrete erection projects. He provides structural engineering support including erection bracing, temporary shoring, rigging analysis, fall protection systems and crane pick plans.
Erection Services Division Manager
Zach drives all of our projects to completion. He keeps everything on schedule and makes sure projects are being constructed in the safest way possible.
Sr. Preconstruction/Estimating Manager
Joined Northwest in 2017 with 25+ years of experience in the steel and precast erection industry.
Quality Control Manager
Kale has 13 years of steel and precast erection experience. Kale is qualified in steel and precast erection quality control. He will assist our management team with layout, bolt testing, and quality control inspections.
Rebar Division Manager
Jeff Miller has joined our team with 20-plus years in placing, estimating, and managing rebar projects of all sizes. Jeff will lead this new division with plans to make us a well rounded organization which still runs on relationships and safe practices.
Industrial Services Division Manager
Jeremy Shoaff comes to us with 20+ years of millwright and rigging experience. He will be heading up the Industrial Services division with a focus on rigging, machinery moving, and millwright services.
Safety Director
Eric brings a wealth of safety experience. As Safety Director, Eric will drive all aspects of the safety program throughout the company.
Sr. Controller
Adam comes to Northwest Companies with many years of experience. As Senior Controller Adam will manage all aspects of the accounting department for Northwest.
